The Soil in Jackie's Garden has become a huge hit in our homeschool!! Did you know that the first week of June is National Gardening Week? This book is both entertaining and interactive with the kids reciting phrases back to you, but it also teaches a lot of the science behind gardening and composting! Check out my video below:

What's New In Our Homeschool?

Baby #4 is on HER way!! This is a very exciting time for our family as everyone is at an age where they can actually understand what's happening. Our homeschool weeks have been slow and relaxed as I navigated the first trimester nausea and exhaustion. As we enter the second trimester, we are ready to get back to our normal routine!

I attended the FPEA homeschool convention last weekend and got my hands on some amazing curriculum that I hadn't known much about before. One of the companies that stood out to me the most was Bookshark. I will be making lots of videos about this in the future so stay tuned!

We have officially decided on which curriculums we will be using next year and the boxes are beginning to get delivered! Stay tuned for my unboxing videos on my YouTube and my "2024 Curriculum Picks" video!
